“A Father’s Message” & “A Father’s Love”

Gerald L. Jackson is a local author from Philadelphia, who grew up in the West Philadelphia section of the city. Growing up in a single parent home wasn’t easy for him. Watching his mother struggle trying to raise two boys was frustrating. Dealing with an absent father who was battling with drugs left a lot of questions unanswered. But Gerald was able to turn his pain into a praise and he is looking forward to sharing his story with our Flip Side of Adversity listeners. Gerald’s latest book is titled “A Father’s Love” geared for children between the ages of 2 and 8 years old. From a father’s perspective, Gerald gives a heartfelt message with the intent to steer children in a positive direction, addressing a good work ethic, education, self-care, and much more. Encouraging every reader they are loved beyond the pages.
